Terms of Service

1. Agreement and eligibility

By registering for, accessing, or using BLEED.FYI (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the Service. You must be at least 13 years old; if you are under the legal age of adulthood where you live, obtain permission from a parent or guardian. The Service is not intended for children under 13.

2. Your account

Provide an email address you control, keep access to that inbox secure, and do not impersonate another person. Your username and public profile may be visible to anyone online. You are responsible for your account activity. Contact us through the reporting page if you believe your account or another account is being abused.

3. Content you upload or publish

You are responsible for the text, links, images, GIFs, audio, fonts, and any other material you add to your profile. You represent that you own your uploads or have all permissions and licenses necessary to use and share them. You keep your rights to your content, and grant BLEED.FYI a limited, nonexclusive license to store, process, display, and deliver that content solely to operate the Service. This license ends when we delete the content, subject to technical backups or legal obligations.

Uploading music does not grant you a license to distribute a song. Music, album art, game assets, movie clips, and artwork may be protected by copyright even if they are easy to find online.

4. Prohibited content and behavior

You may not use BLEED.FYI to publish, link to, or promote:

• Child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, or other illegal sexual content.
• Nonconsensual intimate images, sexual harassment, or content that violates someone's privacy.
• Threats, targeted harassment, stalking, doxxing, or incitement to violence.
• Hateful harassment or attacks directed at protected groups.
• Fraud, phishing, impersonation, scams, malware, or links designed to steal information.
• Copyrighted or trademarked material you do not have the legal right to use.
• Content or conduct that violates applicable law or circumvents our security and usage limits.

This is not an exhaustive list. Profiles may be removed if they endanger users, the platform, or others.

5. Moderation and removal

BLEED.FYI may review accounts and public or unpublished profile material, including uploads, to enforce these terms and respond to complaints. We may make a profile unavailable, restrict uploads, suspend accounts, or remove content when reasonably necessary. We may take action without advance notice where warranted. The Service does not promise to monitor every account continuously or catch every violation.

For the initial launch, moderation is performed manually by the site operator. If your profile is restricted, you can use our reporting page to request review. Restoring a moderation hold does not automatically republish an account's content.

6. Copyright complaints and repeat infringement

We respect intellectual-property rights. Submit suspected infringements using Report a profile and identify the profile, your work, and why you believe the use is unauthorized. We may remove material and restrict repeat infringers when appropriate. We will review reports and may request additional details.

The general report form is not a representation that a DMCA designated agent has been registered. Copyright owners who need to send statutory DMCA notices should use the Service's formally published designated-agent details once available. A reporting form alone does not establish DMCA safe-harbor eligibility.

7. Public profiles and outside links

Published pages are available to anyone, including people without accounts. We do not control third-party websites linked from profiles. Do not place passwords, financial information, or other information you want to keep private on a public profile.

8. Availability and account closure

BLEED.FYI is an early-stage service offered as available, without a promise of uninterrupted uptime, permanent storage, or recovery of deleted content. We may update, limit, or discontinue features and apply reasonable technical limits. You may delete your account using the authenticated account controls, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

9. Free features, future pricing, and changes

All features currently available to members are free, and BLEED.FYI does not currently sell a Premium membership. However, features, eligibility, upload allowances, and pricing may change as the Service develops. A feature offered for free today—including GIF and other animated backgrounds or avatars, music, fonts, profile customization, or analytics—may later be limited, modified, discontinued, or included in a paid plan. We do not promise that every currently free feature will remain free indefinitely or that all existing members will automatically receive permanent free access.

Before introducing a material free-to-paid change, we will provide reasonable advance notice explaining which features are affected, when the change takes effect, and how it affects existing accounts and uploaded content. We will post a clear notice on the Service and, where practicable, notify affected members through their account or email. When reasonably feasible, members will have an opportunity to save or remove affected uploads before a pricing-related restriction. Changes required urgently for safety, security, or legal reasons may happen sooner.

Registration and acceptance of these Terms never authorize a charge. A free account will not automatically turn into a paid subscription. Any purchase requires a separate, affirmative decision through a checkout that displays the price, billing frequency, renewal and cancellation terms where applicable. If you choose not to purchase a paid feature, you will not be billed, though access to a feature that becomes paid may be limited after the announced effective date.

10. Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, BLEED.FYI is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that user-generated content is accurate, lawful, safe, or suitable for all audiences. Users remain responsible for their own content and conduct. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded. These terms do not prevent legitimate reporting to authorities or enforcement of applicable law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as the Service evolves. The current version and effective date will appear on this page. We will give reasonable notice of material revisions, and may require existing members to explicitly agree to updated terms before using affected features. Changes do not authorize charges without a separate purchase.

12. Contact and reports
